Every church, will, at some point-in-time, experience a pastoral transition. Regardless of the church’s denomination, congregation size, staff model, location, or budget size, EVERY church will eventually experience a transition of pastoral leadership.
- “Will your leadership and congregation be prepared when the transition time comes?”
- “Where do you go for guidance and reliable transitional training?”
CBA1’s Churches-in-Transition (CIT) Ministry – pronounced “sight” ministry, trains pulpit/search committees, pastors, Diaconates, and congregations to be prepared for periods of pastoral transitions.
CIT (Sight) Ministry training, created by CBA1’s founder, “Dr. Bill” Whitaker, is a 4-month training that consists of three (3) Transition Phases. It’s purpose is to help congregations “see” a clear pathway to preparing for new pastoral leadership.
