Many servant leader pastors, clergy, church officers, and ministry leaders desire ministry training, but either do not have the time or the financial resources (sometimes both) to pursue a seminary level education. To answer this need, the CBA1 virtual campus provides an interactive experience for ministry education and learning that fits all budget sizes and schedules regardless of availability.
On the CBA1 virtual campus, you, God’s servant leader, are self-empowered to receive ministry training at a time, location, and pace that is most convenient for you. Whether in the privacy, confidentiality, and convenience of your home OR in the presence of your ministry group or congregation, CBA1 gives you full access to professional-grade, seminary level ministry training and resources 24-hours-day, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year.

What is the Cost of Receiving Virtual Training on CBA1?
Not what you feel our training is worth (because we believe CBA1’s ministry resources and Servant Leadership Training is invaluable to the Body of Christ), but what God has placed on your heart to donate to CBA1.
All aspects of training and services on CBA1’s virtual campus are “donation based” meaning that you pay the amount God has placed in your heart. Rather than charging a “fee” for our services, we receive what your heart desires and your personal budget can afford. This means that you and your church can afford year-around, essential ministry training needed to lead and grow your congregation.
Is There a Minimum Donation Amount?
No. The minimum donation amount to access your training and resources on CBA1’s virtual campus is “whatever the Lord places in your spirit to donate”. The only thing asked of you is that you pray and ask God what God would have donate before you press “Send My Donation”. Outside of God’s perfect Will, there is no specified dollar amount required for you to utilize and learn on the CBA1 virtual campus. The CBA1 virtual campus is truly donation based. If your donation is $1 or $10 or $100 or $1,000, The Church Business Administration Network welcomes you and praises God for your presence. Whatever donation you give, we say “thank you” for helping and allowing our ministry to reach the masses for Jesus Christ.

Does CBA1 Offer In-Person Training?
Yes. Because the demand for CBA1 training is so high, churches and organizations are asked to arrange “group training” of not less than 75 to 100 people. In-Person Training is not included in “Donation Based Learning”. To request in-person training, please complete a Training Request Form.
Who Can Apply to be a CBA1 Ministry Consultant Partner?
The CBA1 Business Model is provided for all as an explanation of what is expected of all Ministry Consultants who desire to partner with The Church Business Administration Network.
What are the Spiritual Requirements/Expectations for Ministry Consultants Who Partner with CBA1?
In addition to business experience requirements, CBA1 Ministry Consultant partners are also asked to be “2 Tim 2” Compliant (pronounced “Two Tim Two”) which is the Ministry of Business concept created by the CBA1 visionary and founder, Dr. William H. Whitaker, II.
The scripture relevance for CBA1 2 Tim 2 servant leadership model is guided by Apostle Paul’s teachings in 2 Timothy 2 (thus “2 Tim 2”).
In order for a believer or business model to successfully grow in a spiritual environment such as a church or ministry, it must have more than business experience. The following 2 Tim 2 teachings of Servant Leadership must also be exemplified.
- A Healthy, Spiritual Relationship with Other Believers (“You then, my son,…” 2 Tim. 2:1a)
- A Reflection of the Grace of Jesus Christ (“…be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” 2 Tim. 2:1b)
- A Willingness to Share Leadership (“…entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” 2 Tim. 2:2)
- A Spirit of Compassion & Personal Sacrifice (“Join with me in suffering …” 2 Tim. 2:3a)
- A History of Servant Leadership for the Lord (“…like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.” 2 Tim. 2:3b)
- Peaceful, Harmonious, Christ Centered Service (“…No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer.” 2 Tim. 2:4)

In addition to being 2 Tim 2 compliant, Ministry Consultants are also asked to strive to abide by other biblical requirements for servant leaders as provided in the Word of God.

- Forgiving and not counting/keeping record of the wrongs done by others. (1 Cor 13:5)
- Guarding my tongue, watching my speech, and asking the Lord to watch over the door of my lips. (James 3:9-12 & Psalm 141:3)
- Praying my way through times when I feel envy, bitterness or selfish ambition growing in my heart. (James 3:14)
- I will continue to pray and ask the Lord to give me a humble spirit and to recognize that all that I accomplish comes from the Lord. (James 3:13)
- I will strive to maintain an impartial attitude when engaging in disagreements and strive for peace in my home, within the church, and within the community in which I live. (James 3:17-18)
- If I fall short of this covenant and am unkind to anyone, in an effort to reconcile with them, I will first ask forgiveness from God and then, from those whom I have offended. (James 3:9-11)
