Most Pastors have a God-given vision for their congregations, but many Pastors and congregations do not know how to bring God’s vision to life.

Ministry Strategic Planning is an action plan, a spiritual GPS, a roadmap, and a course-of-action for the fulfillment of purpose for which God has called your church into being. It is “Directed Ministry Momentum” (DMM) that guides churches to walking in harmony towards a divine end.

Directed Ministry Momentum is a resource that all churches need, but many don’t know how to achieve. More than church activities and ministry events, it is the Christ-centered movement of a Body of Christ intentionally working together, serving in harmony, and moving in unison as the people of God.
