New Pastor Qualities/Qualifications

This survey is for members of churches that are in the process of searching for new Pastoral leadership. The purpose of this questionnaire is to allow your church’s members to submit the qualities and qualifications desired in your new Pastor.

A “Questionnaire Summary Report” (QSR) of your congregations’ survey answers will be provided once the survey period has ended. All answers submitted will be received and report anonymously (i.e. answers, but no identifying names or email addresses mentioned).

Using the questions provided below, please state the qualities, qualifications, and expectations you desire for your new pastor.

2. One completed questionnaire is permitted for each member of your church (i.e. please do not submit this questionnaire more than one time).

3. A copy of your completed questionnaire will be emailed to the email address provided above as verification that your form has been received.
