New Pastor Qualities/Qualifications

This survey is for members of churches that are in the process of searching for new Pastoral leadership. The purpose of this questionnaire is to allow your church’s members to submit the qualities and qualifications desired in your new Pastor.

A “Questionnaire Summary Report” (QSR) of your congregations’ survey answers will be provided once the survey period has ended. All answers submitted will be received and report anonymously (i.e. answers, but no identifying names or email addresses mentioned).

“New Pastor Qualities” Survey Instructions:
Using the questions provided below, please state the qualities, qualifications, and expectations you desire for your new pastor.
