Every church, will, at some point-in-time, experience a pastoral transition. Regardless of the church’s denomination, congregation size, staff model, location, or budget size, EVERY church will eventually experience a transition of pastoral leadership.

CBA1’s Churches-in-Transition (CIT) Ministry – pronounced “sight” ministry, trains pulpit/search committees, pastors, Diaconates, and congregations to be prepared for periods of pastoral transitions.
